Also serving as a Board Member at B3 and on the Finance Committee of Votorantim Cimentos, she stresses the importance of curiosity, of constantly seeking knowledge and of continuous improvement, both academically and professionally.
With three daughters and a strong partnership with her husband, Cristina values balance and the quality of the time she devotes to her family, always facing the challenge of playing such different roles in the best possible way.
