Attentive to the many possibilities of communication, Soul HR Consulting has created Talk Soul, a podcast that brings relevant insights on the job market, leadership, careers, corporate culture and other topics essential to the executive world.
Hosted by partners Lucia Costa, Renata Filippi Lindquist and Regiane Herchcovitch, the project's mission is to inform and to encourage in-depth conversations on topics relevant to business and companies.

Renata Filippi Lindquist stresses the importance of exchanging experiences and welcoming relevant guests for high-level conversations: "it is a space to listen, learn, exchange and spread knowledge, which is part of our mission and a joy for us", she says.
Lucia Costa explains that career move topics will also be featured: “Every day we talk to executives who are revisiting choices, repositioning their careers and dealing with increasingly complex transitions. Talk Soul was born to reflect this movement, promoting current, thought-provoking and in-depth conversations, aligned with the real challenges of leadership in today's corporate landscape.”

Our first guest is Daniela Santos, HR Director at Simpress and a finalist in the Prêmio CEO e RHS Mais Admirados em 2025 (Most Admired CEOs and HR Leaders Award). In her conversation with Regiane Herchcovitch, she discusses the challenges of HR, the strategic role of such an important area in companies and how AI and new trends transform employees and generate results.
