Soul HR Consulting launches a dedicated division for leadership development and organizational culture management, headed by Regiane Herchcovitch, reinforcing the role of these themes in the journey to business success
In this edition, Soul's Agenda Executiva addresses one of the major topics of the moment for the corporate world: the strategic importance of leadership development and organizational culture.
Investing in these pillars means preparing companies to face changing scenarios, integrate people, strengthen teams and build a sustainable identity over the long term.
Experts recognize that valuing these elements is a fundamental condition for consistent results, talent retention and a leading position in competitive sectors.
Soul HR Consulting, attentive to this growing demand from organizations and from the HR market, now operates a new business division dedicated to the subject, with a special focus on executives and senior management teams.
To lead this front, the consultancy is joined by Regiane Herchcovitch, a psychologist who graduated from the University of São Paulo, with a specialization in people management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, an MBA in business management and an international extension program at the University of California, Irvine.
With more than 25 years in leadership and HR management positions, Regiane has built solid experience in business environments of different sizes and segments. Her career includes leading expansion initiatives, post-acquisition integration projects and strategic repositioning efforts that drove organizational development.
Throughout her career, Herchcovitch has led cultural transformation processes, refined leadership models and implemented effective methodologies for team integration, always focused on lasting results and collaborative environments.
According to Regiane Herchcovitch, “leadership is about identifying, empowering and aligning talent with the organization's purpose. Each professional only delivers their best when they feel validated in their competencies, immersed in a culture of trust and aligned with the values of the business.”
Her work stands out for its humanized perspective, supported by clinical training in psychoanalysis and studies in Logotherapy, seeking to integrate emotional health, transparent communication and team ownership with HR best practices.
The new area will be dedicated to supporting Soul HR Consulting clients in culture transformation journeys, training of strategic teams, implementation of well-being initiatives, managers' mental health, executive mentoring and the development of the succession pipeline.
“The work will always be personalized, designed in dialogue with each organization and inspired by the latest trends in the job market, leadership and people management”, Herchcovitch concludes.
In the coming weeks, Soul's Agenda Executiva will follow this division's first steps, bringing analyses, interviews and practical accounts of the role of culture and leadership in building lasting results in companies.
Interested professionals and managers are invited to share topic suggestions, questions and challenges so that the discussion remains plural and connected to the day-to-day of HR.
